Faxing directly from your system is possible with B&R System! Instead of using a machine,
set up your documents on your computer to send out directly from the system.
To Create a Deployment:
1. Click Create Deployment.
2. Enter the following information:
- Deployment Name
- Feedback E-mail Address
- Page Size
- Page Orientation
- Fax Content Optimization
- Document Resolution
3. Select Marketing Lists from the Available Marketing Lists area. You are given three marketing lists beyond installation:
Customers (every customer in your database),
Daily Specials, and
Daily Specials and Other Specials are compiled from all the customers that sign up for your messages on the website.
Click the green + icon to add, red - icon to remove.
4. In the Fax Document Content area, you may opt to design a document, or upload your own.
A. Content Editor
1. Enter your message as you wish. You can incorporate merge fields, templates, images, daily specials, and more using the editing tool bar.
B. Upload A Document
1. Click the Upload a File tab.
2. Click Upload a file.
3. Select a file.
To View Statistics on a Deployment:
5. Click Save.
6. Once the deployment is saved, the Actions buttons will be available. Be sure to send a test fax to correct any errors you may have missed.
Click Start Deployment.
1. Click Edit & View on the deployment of choice.
2. Click the Statistics tab.
3. A chart is provided to show you the results of this deployment. Below, you can choose to view the specifics of the recipients, successes, and failures of the fax.
