Cool Life Systems is proud to announce the update of three core areas of the Database Management tools - Field Manager (formally the "Database Mgt" tool), Drop Down Manager and the Contact Groups Manager. While much the existing functionality remains intact, CLS has redesigned the user interface with a more intuitive, user friendly design that makes the tools easier to use.

Below key changes to the effected tools are outlined:

Database Management list of updates:

• Database field listing and field editing presented in a unified interface. The elimination of popup windows creates a greater ease of use for system administrators
• Improved drag and drop ordering of database fields
• Information flags are placed near fields to provide key information via mouse over
• Keyboard shortcut “Ctrl + S” for a quick save

Drop Down Manager enhancements:

• Items and sub items are viewed and managed on a single pane
• Expandable / collapsible ‘tree” view of drop down lists
• Drag and drop functionality utilized to aid ordering of lists
• Undo button gives users the ability to easily revert

Contact Groups Manager standardization:

• Filtering function used through system now available in Group Manager to aid in quickly locating groups
• Sortable columns with updated navigation
• A consolidated view of data with all groups appearing on one page
• Screens information button instantly displays pertinent information
