Client Services Associate
About the Job

As a Client Service Associate, you will be the direct client contact after the Sales Executives have completed the sale and delivered the responsibility of deploying and implementing and fulfilling the obligation as promised. Our clients are professionals in investment banking, media, and fortune 5000 companies. Your responsibilities will include onboarding the client from an information gathering in order for the development team to best deliver the technology. You will then be providing webinars on our product training, preparing initial point of contact answers and following those through as ongoing clients.
Responsibilities
Educate, train, guide and assist clients with “Best Practices”, provide quality service and support, and anticipate improvements to best enhance user’s experience.
Requirements
• College Degree in relevant areas of study; Communications, Business, Finance related studies, Computing and related studies, etc.
• Proficient in written and oral communication with the ability to retain fast flowing conversation
• Exceptional keyboard skills and comfortable with technology, databases, applications related to and focused on digital communication.
• Possess the passion for perfection and drive to learn more.
• Bi-Lingual is a plus
• Must have the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks with adjacent deadlines
• Work well under pressure
• Web Technology is a significant plus.
Additional Skills
• Must be comfortable with the ambiguity of a quickly changing task list, be a self-starter who can take initiative and does not need to be micro managed
