1. Who would have use for the EMM Platform?

The EMM Platform is designed for large companies with large sets of data.  However, If you are a small company, and are interested in using Cool Life Systems, we also offer other specialized platform configurations for marketing/website management.  These systems can be used for associations, professional practice firms, food and beverage industries, and other small to mid-sized businesses.

2. What is EMM?

Enterprise Marketing Management is software system that is specifically designed to integrate all forms of marketing data (costs, success rate, etc.) into one understandable algorithm.  This allows a broad understanding of where each method stands.

3. Do I need to download programs? Updates?

No, because CLS offers a software-as-a-service model, which is located in a cloud system.  Your information will always be online, no matter where you go.  As long as you have an internet connection, you can access your data and functionality with appropriate permissions.

4. Is the EMM system hard to use?

While they may seem overwhelming at first, all of our products are created to reflect the knowledge of the general public, so anyone with an understanding of the internet will be able to use these services.  We do offer training and assistance from our dedicated staff, should you need help.

6. How much does this service cost?

Because each company we service has vastly different needs, we cannot set a fixed price for everyone. Please refer to the cost page for a general understanding of what your needs may incur.

7. Do you offer software customization?

Absolutely!  Each system is a unique instance of our database schema with our CLS 4.0 functionality residing alongside.  Our clients typically require connectivity to various systems and processes utilizing a common process, API's. This permits a seamless, real-time process of maintaining your data across many business properties.
